On-Line Bill of Lading Form Instructions:

If you are a repeat shipper with us and/or have arranged to prepare the Bill of Lading for your shipment in advance, please read and follow the instructions below. Then, you may complete and print our interactive PDF Bill of Lading (bol) form by Clicking Here*.

1. Before beginning, make sure you have contacted us by email or phone to answer any questions about information required on the form and distribution of copies.
2. After filling out the form, use the "PRINT" button on the form to print 2 copies. If your version of Adobe Acrobat Reader has a "Comments and Forms" selection box in the print interface, select "Document" before printing.  Do not attempt to save a copy of the form on your computer, as information you enter may be lost.
3. Mark one copy "Shipper" and the other copy "Carrier".
4. Distribute copies in accordance with #1 above.
